Privacy
Updated October 14, 2026.
Twirbo is made by Aisoft LLC for children aged 5 to 14 and the adults who help them. It is built to follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Children
Children never create an account and are never asked for their name, email, school, photo or voice. They play Junior, Training camp, the Workshop and the Arena without signing in, and their stars and programs stay in that browser. Only an adult (a parent, guardian or coach) can create an account. If an adult signs in to save a child's progress, we store the stars and programs under the adult's account, not the child's identity. A parent can see and delete it at any time (below). We do not show ads, sell data, or let children chat with or share anything with other people.
If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@aisoft.us and we will delete it.
Local practice
Programs run in your browser. Local import and export do not upload project files to our server. Choosing a cloud save uploads the project title, program, robot settings and practice-field data to your account. Do not include children’s names, school details or other sensitive information.
Adult accounts and saved projects
Managed sign-in uses Neon Auth. Account credentials and session records are handled by that service. The app stores your verified account identifier, private saved projects, revisions and timestamps in Neon Postgres. Projects are not publicly shared. Hosting and authentication services necessarily process network requests and may retain operational logs under their own policies.
You can delete individual cloud projects from the account panel. “Delete account and saved data” removes owned app records and requests deletion of the managed sign-in account. A provider confirmation email may be required to complete account deletion; the panel reports failures. Deletion does not promise immediate removal from provider backups or operational logs. Local files you exported remain on your device until you remove them.
Feedback
Feedback stores the category, message, page path, app version and timestamp. Do not include personal details, credentials or program contents. Feedback has no contact-email field. Server-side abuse limits may use a one-way network-derived rate-limit key; raw IP addresses are not stored in app usage records. If operational alerts are configured, summaries may be sent to the operator through Telegram; they exclude message contents and account details.
Analytics
Twirbo uses Google Analytics to see which pages are used and how runs go, so we can improve it. It is on by default; untick “Allow anonymous usage analytics” in the footer to turn it off in this browser. We send page views (the page path, not its query string) and a small set of events: lab opened, run completed or failed (with Word Blocks or Python), a mission starter run (with the mission number), project saved, and feedback submitted. We do not send programs, names, titles, feedback text, email or account IDs. Advertising features and Google signals are off, no analytics cookies are set, and each page load uses a new random identifier, so visits are not linked to a person.
Service providers and questions
Twirbo uses Vercel for hosting and Neon for data and managed authentication. Google Analytics and Telegram are optional operational services and may be disabled when not configured. Their policies apply to information they process: Vercel, Neon, Google, Telegram.
For a privacy request, use the contact information published at Aisoft. Do not send private account details through public GitHub issues.
